All custom code, user interface designs, and intellectual property produced by Sheba Systems remain our exclusive property until full payment is received. Following final payment, full ownership rights are transferred to the client as outlined in the specific project agreement.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sheba Systems builds robust and reliable digital products. However, we are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen third party API changes, external hosting provider failures, or circumstances completely beyond our reasonable control.
