2. Use of Services
You agree to use our digital infrastructures for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with their intended design. Unauthorized access or attempts to modify our proprietary backend infrastructure are strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
All architectural blueprints, custom code, UI/UX designs, and intellectual property produced by Sheba Systems remain our exclusive property until full payment is received. Following transfer, full rights are maintained by the client as per the project agreement.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sheba Systems builds robust, permanent digital solutions. However, we are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from unforeseen third-party API changes, hosting provider failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
